Tea Recipe for Growing Breasts Naturally

Dr. James Duke, “the foremost authority on healing herbs”, created an herbal tea for his daughter as an natural alternative to going under the knife for bigger breasts.  Dr Duke called his breast enhancement tea Bustea and shared the recipe in his book The Green Pharmacy.

If you would like to make the tea yourself, below is the recipe.

Ingredients for Bustea:
fenugreek sprouts

Pour two cups of water over one cup of fenugreek sprouts in a saucepan.
Add a dash or two of remaining ingredients listed above.
Bring to a boil, then let cool.
Add lemon juice and honey to taste

It is recommended you drink one to two cups a day.

Benefits of Bustea ingredients:
The tea includes two herbs that are generally found in breast enhancement products, fenugreek and fennel.  Two other phytoestrogens found in the tea are licorice and anise.   Marjoram is used to relieve menstrual pain as well as leucorrhoea, a thick, whitish or yellowish vaginal discharge.  Dill is used to help with menstrual disorders as well as stimulate lactation (galactagogue) and enhance libido due to presence of Arginine.  Lemongrass stimulates lactation.  Caraway helps to stimulate lactation as well as helps with menstrual issues.

Besides helping women with breast enhancement and menstrual issues, the tea is made of herbs that are nutrient rich and offer a host of other benefits including digestion, depression, and inflammation to name a few.

An Easier Option:
For those of you who would like a easier option for Bustea, Greenbush offers a tea based on Dr Duke’s recipe. A pack of 100 tea bags generally sells for $12.95. Be sure to sign up for their mailing list and Greenbush is always having promotions with Bustea which might be a good option is you are not sure if you want to add the tea to your breast enhancement routine.

    • The only place that we are aware of that sells Bustea tea is Greenbush Naturals. Otherwise you can try making your own by following the recipe in this post. The complete recipe can be found in the book The Green Pharmacy by Dr. James Duke.

    • Bustea is a purely herbal tea that contains fenugreek sprouts, anise, basil, caraway, dill, fennel, licorice, marjoram, and lemongrass. Unless you are allergic to any of the ingredients in the tea, there should be no adverse side effects.

    • I would recommend going with Greenbush’s Bustea tea. It would be cheaper ($12.95 for 100 teabags) and easier than trying to gather all the herbs and doing it yourself. Plus, Greenbush uses high quality herbs. All the herbs in their Bustea tea are organic.

Most people will drink a bag or two of Bustea as part of their say PM or Noogleberry routine but if you plan to do only Bustea, you will want to follow their instructions which say to boil 1-2 bags in water, 2 to 3 times per day. Be sure to ramp up – start with something like 1 bag 2 times per day then move up to the full dosage. If you don’t notice anything after a month or so of drinking Bustea, you might want to up to another teabag or two more a day. And don’t forget to massage everyday! Joel over at Greenbush is really helpful and can answer any questions you may have.
