Pueraria Mirifica Do’s and Don’ts

Pueraria Mirifica Pills

Pueraria Mirifica is one of the most effective breast enlargement herbs of our time. Many women opt for Pueraria Mirifica rather than any other breast enlargement herb because Pueraria Mirifica is the only plant that contains Miroestrol which is bio-identical to the human hormone estriol.

Pueraria Mirifica is also fairly inexpensive and there are many happy women with bigger breasts as a results of using Pueraria Mirifica. But before you run out and get yourself a bottle of Pueraria Mirifica, here are some Do’s and Don’ts to help you get the most our of your Pueraria Mirifica routine.

Following are the do’s & don’ts of Pueraria Mirifica

DON’T start taking Pueraria Mirifica as soon as you receive your bottle
The tendency when trying something new is to start it as soon as you get it. Not such a good idea with Pueraria Mirifica or any other herbal breast enlargement pill. There are 3 ways that you can take Pueraria Mirifica, two of which are based on your menstrual cycle. They are based on your menstrual cycle because it helps to keep with the normal rhythms/hormonal fluctuations of your body. So depending on which way you decide to take Pueraria Mirifica, you may have to wait until your period starts or ends before you can start taking it.

DO start with a lower dose and work your way up
With any herbal breast enlargement pill, you want to ramp up. This means starting out with a dose lower than recommended then working your way up to a full dose over a period of a week or two. So the first day you might take 1 pill then a few days later take 2 pills per day, then after a few more days take 3 pills per day and so on and so forth until you have reached the desired dosage for your routine. The reason for ramping up is so that your body can adjust to the supplement and not get overloaded.

DON’T mix Pueraria Mirifica with other phytoestrogenic herbs
Pueraria Mirifica is the most potent phytoestrogenic herb out there. There is no need to add another phytoestrogen to your routine and it is generally not recommended.  You can overload your body with estrogen and it won’t respond to the herbs as it should or you could get unwanted side effects like dizziness and nausea.

DO take with calcium
It is recommended that you take a daily calcium supplement or drink plenty of milk daily while taking Pueraria Mirifica. It is believed that calcium helps with absorption of Pueraria Mirifica and makes it more potent.

DON’T use Pueraria Mirifica for extended periods of time
It is recommended that you take breaks while on Pueraria Mirifica so that your body can reset. This means stopping all supplements and products related to your breast enlargement routine for a week or so. General rule is for every 3-4 months of use, you’ll want to take a week off or whenever you feel you’ve hit a breast enlargement plateau. This gives the body time to reset your estrogen receptors which can get overloaded and not respond to the Pueraria Mirifica as it should. Many NBE’ers do a Milk Thistle Cleanse while on their break.

DO Massage while on Pueraria Mirficia
Massage is essential to any breast enlargement routine. This goes for Pueraria Mirifica as well.  Some recommend massaging with a Pueraria Mirifica cream, serum or spray for an extra boost while others believe that it is not necessary to massage with a PM product just as long as you massage.

DON’T get wild harvested Pueraria Mirifica
You would think getting a product in it’s wild, natural state would be best but this is not the case with Pueraria Mirifica. One reason – there are many varieties of Pueraria Mirifica and the only way to tell the difference is when they are flowering, which is generally a two week window. So there’s a chance that the product you are getting might not actually be Pueraria Mirifica or at least the Pueraria Mirifica with breast enhancing properties you’re looking for. There are also many factors that dictate the potency of PM and farm cultivating can help manage these factors.  We’ll discuss farmed vs wild Pueraria Mirifica in our next post.

  1. IiI I started taking Shatavari, a phytoestrogen that is rarely mentioned in any of the breast enlargement forums, and began to feel results within a day. I then heard about P.M. And decided to switch to that when my 1 month supply of Shatavari ran out. On the P.M. ( cream and oral) my breasts actuall shrunk to smaller than they had ever been and I was getting mood swings and headaches (i started out on a low dose and ramped up gradually, but obviously this was too much) I read that some people see breast reduction and restructuring with P.M. at first and then begin gaining breast tissue. I wasn’t quite sure what to do, so I decreased my P.M. dose ( I take it all month except during my period, per the bottle instructions) and began taking Shatavari and Ashwaganda ( not a phytoestrogen, but often taken to enhance Shatavari) along with the P.M. And P.M. Cream. Once again I am feeling and seeing results within days….. But, I’m confused about where to go from here. I have breast implants already and my purpose of being on a natural enlargement program is to get a little more breast tissue to hide the visible wrinkling of the implants. Prior to the implants, my breasts were barely an A cup and were tubular. I read that Phytoestogens won’t do much for tubular breasts, because the issue is a lack of Progesterone, and Bovine ovary will help with that. Is this true? Do you have suggestions? Should I stop the P.M. and add a progesterone cream or oral supplement, should I try a non-hormonal cream that just increases fat cells to the area? I’m afraid to mess around with my hormones too much and don’t want to stop the Shatavari, since it is working a little. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

    • If you are looking to grow a little to cover the wrinkles from your implants, increasing the fat layer with a good Volufiline cream should be enough. But if you like the results you are getting from the Shatavari you might want to stick with that and try adding a Volufiline cream to you’re current regimen. Only suggestion would be to stop the PM. No need to take two phytoestrogens especially since you were experiencing mood swings and headaches on PM. Hope that helps. Best of luck with your growth!

  2. hello, i want to ask further information about another side effects. is there any effect to the face because it’s a hormonal supplement and i’m really concern about pimples. i don’t want to get a bigger breast but along with pimples on my face.
and then, i’m getting married in a few months, i want to know if i consume PM, will my fertility be affected? because i also want to have babies. i read that some people will experience delay on their period. is that true?
please answer my questions because i’m really confused.
    thank you so much

    • Yes, breakouts can happen while on PM. If you start getting pimples, taking an anti-androgen like spearmint tea should help.

And yes, it is not uncommon for PM to throw off your cycle. Some people experience missed or late period and even early periods. Cycling your PM in my opinion is the best method to take PM as it follows your body’s natural hormone cycle.

PM should not affect fertility but if you plan on getting pregnant anytime soon, you might want to wait until you have your baby to start a PM regimen, just to be safe. I personally would make sure my body was clear of any BE herbs before getting pregnant.

      Hope that helps! 🙂

  3. I’m about to start an NBE program with PM. Is it recommended to use Volufiline cream with PM? I purchased pills and the PM cream for breast massage. Do you think I would get increased results with Volufiline? Thank you.

    • A Volufiline cream with PM can be a good combination but if you already purchased a PM cream, don’t worry about it. What’s most important is breast massage and that you are consistent with your massage, whether it’s with a Volufiline cream or PM cream.

  4. Ok what if u have had a hysterectomy will the pueraria still work. And I found this on eBay and it also said that it helps with ageing also. Is that true?

    • Pueraria mirifica can be a good option if you’ve had a hysterectomy as it adds estrogen (or in this case phyto-estrogens) to your body rather than trying to get your body to naturally produce estrogen like glandulars do. Before starting a PM routine, you might want to consult with your doctor just to be sure all is good as I’m just here to provide information and not medical advice.

As for aging – PM is know for it’s anti-aging properties and is used commonly in Asian countries because of this.

  5. Think you for your response. I have another question how long will it take for me to see a difference? I’m a AA-cup and I would like to get up to a B at least. I have tried other stuff in the pass and it didn’t work and it made me feel like it was a waste of time and money. So is there any advice u can give me that might help me ?
