Breast enlargement pumps are an excellent method for those who do not want to mess with their hormones to grow breasts naturally. These devices allow for a truly non-hormonal way to get bigger breasts. But, it is important to understand when going into a breast pump program that it will take more effort and a bigger time commitment than most breast enlargement methods.
Here are a few tips for success with breast enlargement pumps.
Use plenty of lube
It is important to have good suction in order for the breast enlargement pump to work effectively. An easy way to ensure good suction is to use plenty of lube. A simple body lotion, cream or cocoa butter works. Oils like coconut, sweet almond and evening primrose are good options as well. Just be sure to put plenty on your breasts before putting on the domes. If you experience “farting” sounds when pumping or the domes are not staying on properly, you may not have enough lube on your breasts to help create a nice seal.
There are a number of formulas online to calculate what is the proper amount of water to drink to stay hydrated. The simplest formula is to drink half your body weight in ounces. So if you weigh 130 pounds, you should be drinking 65 ounces of water each day.
Staying hydrated is important to natural breast enlargement as a whole but especially important to a breast enlargement pump routine. Keeping hydrated will help your breast swell long after you take off your domes which in turn helps with achieving permanent results sooner. So if you are not in the habit of drinking water daily, now is a good reason to get started.
Massage and Heat
Some people believe that massaging is just as important as the pumping. Whether you choose to massage as much as you pump (ex – 30 minutes of pumping, 30 minutes of massage) or massage just 10 minutes a day, massaging and using heat before you pump can be beneficial. Even just 10 to 15 minutes of massage and heat before you pump can help your breasts swell more than they would without massage and heat.
After you have taken the domes off and your breasts are nice and swollen, it is a good idea to keep your breasts warm. You do not need to use a heating pad but simply keeping your breasts covered will help maintain the swelling.
Like with all things natural breast enlargement, consistency is important. Pumping here and there is not going to help you achieve your breast enlargement goals. For the best, most efficient results, you will need to pump every day. Some people recommend pumping at least twice per day to achieve consistent back to back swelling.
Depending on what pumping technique you use, you may have some time to just relax and visualize while the domes are on your breasts. If you can, close your eyes, then see and feel your breasts getting bigger. See and feel the blood and nutrients going to your breasts causing them to grow. Or you can imagine the space in your breasts caused by the suction being filled in with breast tissue, fat cells, whatever works for you.
