Acupressure is a traditional Chinese medical practice that has been around for centuries. It is like acupuncture minus the needles. Instead, manual pressure, usually from the thumbs or knuckles, is used to apply pressure on specific acupuncture/acupressure points on the body.
In Chinese medicine, an energy, Chi or Qi, flows along meridians found throughout the body. Acupressure points lie along these meridians. It is believed that once the flow of Chi is blocked, it can cause different symptoms of diseases and other health issues. In order to relieve one from these ailments, acupressure or acupuncture is performed.
It is believed that small breasts, or not fully developed breasts, are due to the lack of free flowing Chi to the area. Acupressure is used to unblock the flow which can result in increased breast size. There are specific acupressure points found throughout the body that are supposed to help the flow of Chi specifically for the breasts.
Below are two that are simple to do. They take a few seconds to do and can be easily incorporated into your daily breast massage regimen. The acupressure points can be performed with either with the finger pad of your thumb (pictured) or the knuckle of your thumb.
Beast Acupressure Point #1
Apply gentle pressure to the center of your chest. To find this spot, imagine a string from one nipple to the other and another one going down the center of your body length-wise. Where the two strings cross is where you need to apply pressure. Press 5 times.
Beast Acupressure Point #2
Apply gentle pressure with your thumb pad or knuckle to the area under the breast. To find this spot, follow the nipples down to where breast begins. This would be where the bottom of a bra cup is. Press 5 times on each side.
